The Here’s to the Heroes program is only available to Any active duty, activated or drilling reservist, or National Guardsman. Fee Free Day at National Parks. LTCol Ray Rubel has passed

Ray Rubel, LM-241, died this afternoon. He was comander of the 1st APS at Dyess in the early 70's, and Ops Officer of the 3 APS, in the 60's, as well as Mobility Officer at the 8th APS 66 to 68, I believe. He lived in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. A memorial sevice is to be held this Sunday - burial is planned in Arliington as soon as it can be arranged. He CCT was a true friend of mine and CCT.
