Combat Control Association (CCA) Reunion Schedule October 16-20, 2013

It’s time to make your reunion plans! This is Combat Control’s 60th anniversary. Come out and celebrate with our great American Patriots past and present. We will have a member that survived the Bataan Death March, two of the last American Airmen to leave Saigon during the evacuation and many of our modern day active-duty warriors. Make plans NOW to join us at the San Destin Hilton Resort in Destin, Fla., 16-20 October 2013. Room reservations can be made by calling 800-367-1271 or at Please advise the reservationist you are affiliated with the Combat Control Association or provide the code “CCA.” This is so you get the discounted rate and the CCA receives credit toward our group “block” of rooms. Reservations should be made by September 16, 2013. All reservations must be guaranteed by an approved credit card. Personal checks will be accepted only for advance deposits received 3-weeks prior to arrival, unless otherwise noted. Credit cards will be charged the first night immediately. Individual reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 72-hours prior to arrival. Reservations canceled after that date will forfeit the first night’s room and tax deposit.

All 60th Anniversary Reunion events will take place at the San Destin Hilton, except Col Pihana’s retirement ceremony (Hurlburt Field Air Park—non DOD ID card holders are required to be on the listing at the Main Gate Visitor’s Center or escorted to the Visitor’s Center by an ID card holder) and the golf tournament (Shalimar Pointe).
Registration: Your first option is to sign up on-line If the site is not working you can always mail your reservation form and check to the CCA at P.O. Box 432, Mary Esther, Florida, 32569-0432. Please get them in early to help the reunion committee plan accordingly for events. 
Early registration: CCA Life Member or current Annual members are entitled to event price reductions. Before 15 Aug each event price will be reduced by $10. From 15 Aug to 30 Sep each event will be reduced by $5. You must be a CCA 
Life Member or a current Annual Member to receive these discounted rates!
Cancellations: Any cancellation inside 48 hours from the event will not be refunded to the member!
Times and Locations: Subject to change depending on the Hilton and our Active Duty members. Please remain flexible.
