My father Sidney Toups who was a combat controller died on Monday July 9th 2012 at 7:45 am in Grand Isle, LA, at age 63. A native of New Orleans, resident of Virginia and North Carolina for 43 years and of Baton Rouge for the last 6 months. Preceded in death by parents Edward J. Toups and Agnes "Pat" Brucker Toups; uncle Sidney E. Toups; and companion Pam Grim. Survived by a son, Paul J. Toups; Pam's children Betsy and Jenny Grim; sisters Patricia A. Toups (Kenneth Brown) and Sandra Toups Fernandez Masters (Jim); nephews Tim Fernandez and Nolan Fernandez (Jennifer); grandniece Lilly Fernandez, and aunt Blanche Reine Toups.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
