PROJECT 404 MONUMENT - The Combat Control School Association pressed hard to gather data for the PROJECT 404 MEMORIAL STONE. Six weeks before the new Combat Control School opening ceremony we finalized the 404-list. It was based on what we thought was a reliable source (since it had not been challenged in more than thirty years) and a verbal plea to the CCT community for inputs. Now that the MEMORIAL IS ACTUALLY SET IN STONE, folks coming out of the wood work asking for changes. Lets work together to get the memorial done right and expeditiously. IF you was assigned (on orders) to Project 404 and served on the ground in Laos let us know immediately.
PURPLE HEART DISPLAY - Several weeks ago, I sent out a request for inputs for the PURPLE HEART DISPLAY. I am having very little luck in gathering data. If you was awarded the Purple Heart, don't assume that THEY know about it, because THEY don't. How do I know, because I am the THEY.
