We've already been in touch with some of the local folks, but we thought we'd better go ahead and get this out through CCA.

We're sending you the sad news that Roger Klair's wife Dorothy passed sometime during Friday night. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's last year and had to move into assisted living a couple of months ago. Her condition became acute about 10 days ago when she caught Pneumonia and was placed under Hospice care. Fortunately, she had been well enough to make her wishes known and recorded last year. So in her final days, Roger had these directives to guide family decisions.

Dorothy has been a kind and gentle presense in Roger's life for some 20 years and will be badly missed by her extended family and those of us who knew and loved her. An OB will be published in the local news on Wed and Thurs. Her remains will be cremated and Roger has arranged to hold a memorial for Dorothy at:

McLaughlin's Funeral Home in Ft Walton Bch, FL, on Sat, May 10th at 10:00 am.

Roger will entertain guests back at his house directly following the service
