Spike TV and GRB Entertainment are looking for a few good Special Ops for its newest challenge series, “Most Lethal.” Hosted by former U.S. Navy Seal Richard “Mack” Machowicz, the new one-hour series will feature real-life warriors from the top tiers of special operation forces as they face-off in a grueling competition to determine who is the fiercest.
Applicants seeking to compete must no longer be on active duty and have served in SOF units such as Navy SEALs, Army Special Forces, Army Rangers, Marine Force Recon, Air Force Combat Control Team or Pararescue Teams. Must also be physically fit and combat ready.
Must be available July & August 2011 for competition
ABOUT THE SHOW
Twelve elite combat operators will compete in an intense and demanding series of challenges based on real world training and missions. The challenges are being created by a handpicked team of operators and instructors, and they will take place at top line tactical training facilities throughout the country.
“It’s not enough for them to be fit, strong and great with weapons,” said GRB CEO Gary R. Benz. “We’re going to test every combat skill and tactical response in the book. Then, we’re going to throw away the book and find out what they learned on the battlefield.”
Among the areas being evaluated are: decision-making, accuracy, tactical response, rope work, breaching, reconnaissance, close combat, force escalation, heavy weapons, endurance, threat assessment, speed, resourcefulness and much more. The successful operator will earn a hundred thousand dollar prize and a donation in their name to the Fallen Heroes Fund.
Former U.S. Navy Seal Harry Humphries has joined the ‘Most Lethal’ production team as senior military advisor. In addition to his experience within the military, and as an instructor – Harry served as the Military Advisor to films such as “Black Hawk Down”, “Transformers 1, 2 & 3”, “The Kingdom” and “The Rock”.
