Nashville Mini-Reunion Reservations Deadline Approaching
To all who plan to attend the Nashville mini reunion (12-15 May 2011). Request you book your room ASAP. Billie Slayton has reserved 20 rooms and is obligated to pay for 10. To date there are only 8 rooms reserved which leaves Billie obligated to pay for two. The deadline for the hotel to hold the rooms at the quoted price is 15 April although he thinks they might extend that for a few days. I talked to Billie today, 12 April, and he is working on arrangements for a Bar-B-Q for Saturday night so it seems as though that issue has been settled.
