Duties include:
Provide effective instruction to meet objectives of the POI; evaluate students on JTAC and JFO tactics, techniques, and procedures; serve as primary instructor and SME for observed fire procedures; monitor and operate CFFT simulator; develop or review course material and maintain up-to-date instruction techniques, provide and coordinate inputs to revise POI and TTP; instruct Resident and MTT courses. Candidate must be 1) JTAC certified or 2) Army MOS 13F or Naval Surface Fire Support certified. Army Basic Instructor Course (or equivalent) preferred. At least three (3) years of experience after 2001 in the aforementioned qualifications and joint forces experience is required. Excellent leadership and communication skills are a must.
